I was hired on the production with Encompass Films as a camera operator for Storyteller Overland’s latest build “GXV HILT” which is the latest adventure truck of its kind. This was the first time I’ve worked alongside Encompass Films so I was pretty excited. They tell the type of impactful life changing stories that I gravitate twords, the type that fill your life cup up, the type you’re proud of, the type the describe as deep and meaningful.

The piece was shot on Sony, and it had be a bit since I operated one but after a few minutes it was just like riding a bike. All of the POV footage is my work and the b-cam shots. We were on production on a dry lake-bed for 3 days. The overall the storyline, crew on production, and cold beers at the end of a long day in the desert is just about everything one can ask for in my line of work.
